Therapeutic Day Program
The Therapeutic Day Treatment Program is a combination of psychotherapeutic interventions combined with education and mental health treatment. There are two scheduled time blocks for this program to accommodate specific needs, as follows. 8:00am - 2:30pm or after school hours Monday through Friday. Participants receive activity therapy, recreational therapy, educational therapy, individual therapy and group therapy. Upon completion, successful participants will have reached their identified goals, determined by the individualized service plan. The concentrated goal of this program includes, but is not limited to retaining youth in the community, while empowering the family. Through unders tanding, we embrace differences and encourage success. There is an eligibility criteria for this program. A minimum IQ of 65 is required. Referred youth must exhibit specific difficulties and maintain certain requirements on a continuing intermittent basis.
